Because many of these offerings involve digital access, personal preparation, reserved time, limited availability, or immediate delivery, refund eligibility depends on the type of product or service purchased.

2. Prices and Currency

3. Digital Products

Digital products may include, but are not limited to:

Workbooks, E-workbooks, Guides, PDFs, Templates, Courses, Videos, Audio files, Meditations, Recordings, Downloadable resources, Online materials, Digital exercises, and Educational content.

All digital product sales are final once the product has been delivered, accessed, downloaded, or made available to you.

Due to the nature of digital products, no refund will be issued after access has been granted, unless otherwise required by law.

You are responsible for ensuring that the product is suitable for your needs before purchasing.

4. Free Digital Resources

Free resources, including free workbooks, downloads, guides, newsletters, videos, or other materials, are provided at no cost.

Because these resources are free, no refund applies.

Sara Jodoin reserves the right to modify, remove, update, or discontinue free resources at any time.

5. Access Issues with Digital Products

We will make reasonable efforts to help you access the product.

A technical issue does not automatically qualify for a refund if the product can be resent, restored, or accessed through another reasonable method.

6. Coaching Sessions and Private Sessions

Private coaching sessions, personal development sessions, or one-on-one services require reserved time and preparation.

If you need to reschedule a session, you must provide at least 48 hours' notice by email.

Requests made with at least 48 hours' notice may be rescheduled once, depending on availability.

Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than 48 hours' notice may not be eligible for a refund or rescheduling.

Missed sessions, late arrivals, or no-shows are non-refundable.

If you arrive late to a session, the session may still end at the originally scheduled time.

7. Programs and Group Offerings

Programs, group coaching, online experiences, workshops, courses, or guided group containers may have limited spaces and may involve preparation, materials, and reserved access.

Unless otherwise stated on the sales page or checkout page, payments for programs and group offerings are final once the program has started or once access to the materials has been granted.

Refund requests made before the program begins may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

No refund is guaranteed.

If a payment plan is offered, you are responsible for completing all agreed payments, even if you choose not to complete or participate in the program.

8. Workshops and Online Events

Workshop and online event purchases are generally final sale.

If you cannot attend a live online workshop or event, a replay may be provided when available, unless otherwise stated.

Failure to attend a live workshop or event does not automatically qualify for a refund.

If Sara Jodoin cancels an online workshop or event, you may receive either a refund, a credit, a rescheduled date, or access to an alternative offering, depending on the situation.

9. Retreats and In-Person Events

Retreats and in-person events may involve limited spaces, venue bookings, deposits, travel planning, accommodations, materials, and third-party providers.

Because of this, deposits for retreats and in-person events are generally non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

The specific refund and cancellation terms for each retreat or in-person event may be provided separately on the event page, registration page, invoice, or participation agreement.

Participants are responsible for their own travel arrangements, travel insurance, health insurance, personal documents, flights, transportation, accommodations, and any other personal expenses unless clearly stated otherwise.

Sara Jodoin is not responsible for travel delays, denied boarding, illness, injury, missed flights, weather conditions, personal emergencies, or circumstances outside of her control.

Travel insurance is strongly recommended for retreats and in-person events.

10. Payment Plans

If a payment plan is offered and selected, you agree to complete all scheduled payments according to the payment terms provided at the time of purchase.

Payment plans are not subscriptions that can be cancelled at any time.

They are a commitment to pay the full purchase price in installments.

Failure to complete payment may result in suspension or removal of access to the product, program, service, or materials.

Missed or failed payments must be corrected promptly.

11. Subscriptions and Memberships

If subscriptions or memberships are offered, cancellation terms will be provided at the time of purchase.

Cancelling a subscription or membership stops future billing but does not automatically refund previous payments.

You are responsible for cancelling before the next billing date if you do not wish to be charged again.

Refunds for subscription or membership payments are not guaranteed unless otherwise required by law.

12. Books and Physical Products

If physical products, books, printed materials, or merchandise are offered, refund and return eligibility may depend on the condition of the item, delivery status, and the platform through which the purchase was made.

If Sara Jodoin cancels a paid offering, you may be offered a refund, credit, replacement date, alternative service, or equivalent access, depending on the nature of the offering and the circumstances.

16. Force Majeure

Sara Jodoin is not responsible for cancellations, delays, changes, losses, or inability to deliver services caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control.

This may include, but is not limited to: natural disasters, severe weather, illness, accidents, travel disruptions, government restrictions, technical failures, power outages, internet outages, platform issues, labour disruptions, war, civil unrest, public health emergencies, and acts of God.

Refunds will not be granted because you did not achieve a specific result, outcome, transformation, emotional change, business result, relationship change, financial result, or personal breakthrough.

Your results depend on many factors, including your personal choices, commitment, emotional readiness, consistency, circumstances, and actions.
